A rare and unique style from 90s Donna Karan, this skirt fastens at the waist with two strips of velcro. The belt wraps around then fastens at the buckle, allowing for a tighter or looser fit as needed. The leather can fold in as it is soft lambs leather to adapt to sizing. It is labeled a medium, but the waist measurements are closer to a L or XL. However, the styling makes it possible to fit a range of sizes. The skirt fabric is incredibly soft and stretchy.
